Started with just a joke with in-laws that we would like to sell the sausage around Bangi, Kajang and also pasar malam(night market) we know that we don't have that much time in a day... and the joke goes on..
Out from no where.. we got the opportunity from a family member that married a German citizen .They open a restoran here in Kuala Lumpur. The husband is a chief from Germany had converted to islam, when talk about western food we all know the presantation, simplicity , healthy food and fast food are popular in the west. This product is not in any hipermarket yet but been suplied to Malaysian Airline, San Fransisco Coffee and Hotels around Malaysia.
Started with a HALAL Sausage factory product and produce here in Malaysia, thinking going global with the HALAL HUB in Malaysia, open the opportunity for us to try market this sausage, with a touch of Malaysian delight like hot and spicy aded in.
