NUERNBERGER CHICKEN BRATWURST

Skinless semi coarse chicken Bratwurst spiced with a hint of Marjoram. Grilled or pan-fried and accompanied by fried egg and potatoes for Breakfast or for lunch / dinner with sauerkraut, potatoes or potato salad will satisfy any gourmet’s expectation. All our sausages are fully cooked and ready to eat.They are approximately 2.5” (6.5 cm) in length and weigh about 25 grams per piece.

CHICKEN WIENER / FRANKFURTER


Natural smoked skinless chicken sausage. Can be used like an American Hot Dog in a bun with various topping. Wieners are best when heated up in hot water (about 80 C) for about 7 minutes but can also be pan-fried or grilled which gives them a more salty and piquant taste. We German’s serve Wieners, with the bread on the side accompanied by mild or sweet mustard as well as a potato salad. Bärlauch is a leafy green vegetable indigenous to Europe and parts of Asia. It doesn’t grow in North America. Bärlauch, which loosely translates to 'bear leeks' are the food that the bears supposedly graze upon when waking up from hibernation. It's a relative of both the onion as well as the water lily... so it grows these beautiful spear shaped leaves that are extremely tender and have a light onion flavor without any of the sharpness found in a leek or green onion.

Are based on the Traditional German Bratwurst and is a rather fine sausage. They taste best when grilled or pan fried. Serve with sautéed Potatoes and eggs any style for Breakfast.
